6.Gluing with anilox roller,shaftless type,driven by frequency motor.

9. Electric heating or gas heating or oil heating.

10. Three pace intelligent temperature control, 3 pace independent constant hot air drying and recycled system, air circulation system.

11. Waste air exhausting tunnel.

12. Pneumatic oven open and close.

13. Laminating roller is driven by frequency motor.

14. Water cooling.

15. Floating roller to adjust tension.

16. Rewinding adopts two torque motor.

This machine, adopts advanced 8 motors tension control system in the first time in China, which auto tension roll changing movement centrally controlled by man-machine interface and PLC. The drying oven cover adopts air-top type and splicing under high speed running state. The whole machine with excellent hardness, stable work state, exquisite structure and beautiful appearance, suitable for producing such kind high-quality packaging material with high strength, high refreshment and steam resistance.
